This nail design consists of a two part combination of a monomer liquid and a polymer powder. This combination brings out a form which is used to ‘glue’ on your nails before placing the artificial nails on the original one.
Although the acrylic nails can be done at home, one thing is, it is very time consuming and maybe it would not turn out as well as you may picture it. Especially for first timers, visiting a nail salon is highly recommended, once you are used to the procedure, then doing at home later on won’t be a problem. A slight word of caution, especially for pregnant mothers, the chemicals used have a very strong odor that can be slightly hazarders. It is advised that you should not try on this type of design during your pregnancy.
